This particular opportunity is for a full-time Food and Beverage Service role located at JW Marriott Minneapolis Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota. The position is non-management and offers an hourly wage of $11.41, with eligibility for tips. The ideal candidate will work primarily day shifts and be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to hotel guests. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. Employees in this role will greet guests warmly, serve food and beverages promptly, share detailed knowledge of the menu, and ensure every interaction enhances the guest’s dining experience.

As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be an integral part of the hotel’s hospitality team, ensuring tables are impeccably set and maintained, transactions are promptly logged using the MICROS system, and guests' needs are anticipated and met with a friendly demeanor. You will help create memorable dining moments through personalized service, product knowledge, and positive teamwork.
