Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- physical ability to stand and move for up to four hours at a time
- capacity to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks as needed
- ability to follow cleaning and disinfecting protocols throughout the shift
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Job Duties
- greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
- make menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages
- anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction
- transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines including use of protective gear
- communicate effectively with team members and kitchen staff
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
