Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to communicate effectively with others
  • physical ability to stand and move for up to four hours at a time
  • capacity to lift up to 25 pounds safely
  • willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks as needed
  • ability to follow cleaning and disinfecting protocols throughout the shift

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • friendly and approachable demeanor
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties

  • greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • make menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages
  • anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction
  • transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
  • follow safety and sanitation guidelines including use of protective gear
  • communicate effectively with team members and kitchen staff
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
