Job Requirements

  • Must be able to speak and read English
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a server or in customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Basic math and cash handling skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and providing timely service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
