Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lb
- Must be on your feet for most of the day
- Ability to perform active physical tasks including bending, stooping, and carrying
- Endurance to keep pace in a high-volume working environment
- Availability to work flexible day, night, and weekend shifts

Job Duties
- Welcome players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
- Connect the dots on why players are visiting and share all the cool things Topgolf has to offer
- Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to players visits to enhance their overall experience and drive sales through suggestive selling
- Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately
- Keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space
- Be readily available with a strong T-line presence, working seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable player experience
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment
