Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess excellent communication skills, and have a sincere commitment to impacting the guest experience positively. Physical requirements include the ability to remain mobile and active for shifts of up to four hours, frequently lift items weighing up to 25 pounds, and safely handle dining room items throughout service.
