This particular role, Event Server, is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and involves providing exceptional hospitality services at upscale venues and private functions. The position offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $18 to $25, depending on experience, service style, and the scope of events. The employment schedule includes weekday lunches, weekend evenings, and additional special event opportunities, ideal for individuals seeking flexible and engaging work shifts. As an Event Server, you will be integral to delivering outstanding guest experiences during various event styles, including formal plated dinners, cocktail receptions, canapé and tray service, as well as banquet and large-scale events.

Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests with a professional and courteous demeanor, confidently taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of plated meals from the kitchen. You will maintain immaculate dining areas by clearing and resetting tables, performing opening and closing station duties such as silverware polishing, and supporting service flow during high-volume events. Tray service duties involve moving throughout event spaces to offer hors d'oeuvres and beverages, executing tray-pass service during receptions, and managing plated bites with proper support. Additionally, you will contribute to setup and breakdown activities, supporting the overall success of each event. Previous experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, banquets, or upscale event settings is highly valued for this role, as is the ability to operate efficiently within fast-paced and high-expectation environments.

Bilingual candidates proficient in both English and Spanish are especially welcome, reflecting the inclusive nature of the employer and the diverse client base. A calm, service-forward approach with professional presentation is essential, as is possessing a current Food Handler's Certificate. Job Duties
