Job Requirements

  • Ability to greet and interact with guests politely and professionally

Job Duties

  • Greet guests immediately and guide them through menus with genuine hospitality
  • Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and encourages repeat visits
  • Accurately record food orders ensuring each guest receives their meal according to specifications
  • Ensure all food and beverages are served promptly, garnished correctly, and meet Ruth's Chris standard of excellence
  • Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by prioritizing the guest experience
  • Effectively communicate with guests and team members
  • Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
