Job Requirements

Ability to greet and interact with guests politely and professionally
Basic math skills for handling orders and payments
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be at least 18 years old
Food safety knowledge is beneficial
Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment is an asset

Job Duties

Greet guests immediately and guide them through menus with genuine hospitality
Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and encourages repeat visits
Accurately record food orders ensuring each guest receives their meal according to specifications
Ensure all food and beverages are served promptly, garnished correctly, and meet Ruth's Chris standard of excellence
Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by prioritizing the guest experience
Effectively communicate with guests and team members
Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
