As a Zuma Server, you will play a vital role in maintaining the restaurant’s esteemed reputation by offering professional, attentive, and friendly service to every guest. This role involves accurately taking food and beverage orders, accommodating special requests and dietary restrictions, and ensuring that every aspect of the dining experience is seamless and satisfying. With compensation of $17.75 per hour plus tips, this position offers both financial benefit and the opportunity to be part of a world-class team.

Your position will immerse you in a vibrant environment fueled by the energy from Zuma’s Robata grills and inspired by core values such as honoring mastery, supporting colleagues and guests alike, and embracing enthusiasm in every task. You will greet guests warmly, serve dishes and drinks promptly and attractively, and anticipate customer needs to personalize dining experiences. As a server, you will collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of meals and maintain open communication channels between front-of-house and kitchen operations.

Ideal candidates are passionate about Japanese cuisine and culinary excellence, work well within a team setting, and are naturally friendly and customer-focused. Prior experience in upscale dining or hospitality establishments is preferred, as is a solid knowledge of food and beverage offerings. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.   • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous serving experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a server in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment preferred

Job Duties
