Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous serving experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • friendly and professional demeanor
  • passion for hospitality and teamwork

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a server in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment preferred
  • strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings
  • a genuine love for culinary experiences and Japanese cuisine
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival
  • take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • ensure special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen
  • serve food and drinks promptly and courteously
  • present dishes in an appealing and visually pleasing manner
  • anticipate guests' needs and preferences
  • make recommendations and offer assistance with menu selections
  • monitor tableware, glassware, and utensils to ensure cleanliness and replace items as necessary
  • engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • answer questions about the menu and ingredients
  • address any concerns or issues promptly
  • collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
  • maintain smooth communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams
