Job Requirements
- no previous experience required but preferred 1 year of full-service restaurant experience
- ability to work both full-time and part-time
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong motivation to learn and grow
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- open availability and flexibility to work any shift
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs
- compliance with food safety and alcohol service standards

Job Duties
- work well under general supervision and with other positions in the restaurant
- work quickly and efficiently
- follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
- maintain proper quality parameters
- follow the 8-step service system
- comply with responsible alcohol service guidelines including serving guests responsibly
- handle cash and use the POS system effectively
- participate in ongoing training and development
