Job Requirements

  • no previous experience required but preferred 1 year of full-service restaurant experience
  • ability to work both full-time and part-time
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • strong motivation to learn and grow
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • open availability and flexibility to work any shift
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs
  • compliance with food safety and alcohol service standards

Job Duties

  • work well under general supervision and with other positions in the restaurant
  • work quickly and efficiently
  • follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
  • maintain proper quality parameters
  • follow the 8-step service system
  • comply with responsible alcohol service guidelines including serving guests responsibly
  • handle cash and use the POS system effectively
  • participate in ongoing training and development
