Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate with guests effectively
- sufficient mobility to move and/or operate in work area
- ability to lift and carry food trays weighing up to 25 lbs
- comply with state, county, and municipal health regulations concerning food handling
- dependable and motivated
- team-oriented and friendly attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- basic math skills for handling payments
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety regulations beneficial
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests
- suggestive-sell menu items
- take food and beverage orders accurately
- prep food items as needed
- collect payments and process transactions
- clear and reset tables promptly
- resolve guest complaints and notify management when necessary
