This job opportunity is ideal for individuals eager to join a dynamic front-of-house (FOH) team in either a full-time or part-time capacity. The position centers around providing exceptional guest service in compliance with the company’s service standards and procedures. Mastery of order-taking processes through company systems like the RCSH Sequence of Service and Pivot Point is essential, as is the accurate use of computer terminals to input orders and coordinate with the kitchen.

The role also demands vigilance in ensuring the timely delivery and proper presentation of food and beverages, including personally serving all entrée items. Staff members will observe guests throughout their meal to anticipate needs and respond quickly to any issues. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables and stations according to Ruth's Chris standards is integral throughout the dining experience.

Given the nature of the hospitality business, the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Applicants must have at least two years of prior server experience to meet the expectations of the role adequately. Compensation includes a base pay rate of $2.13 per hour supplemented by tips, reflecting the customary wage structure in the dining industry.

Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and employee discounts, contributing to a supportive work environment.
