The Server position at Wood Ranch plays a crucial role in upholding the restaurant's standards and enhancing guest satisfaction. Servers are responsible for greeting guests warmly, anticipating and fulfilling their expressed and unexpressed needs, and ensuring that both food and service are delivered flawlessly. This role demands a charismatic, approachable, and guest-centric individual who can thrive in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment. The Server must be attentive, quick, and thorough, consistently aiming to exceed guest expectations and create memorable dining encounters. Key responsibilities include serving food and beverages in accordance with state and local regulations, participating actively in team efforts such as pre-bussing and running food, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in their work area. Additionally, Servers are expected to communicate professionally and openly, both with guests and management, and to perform light duties including station stocking and side work assignments. Wood Ranch requires that Servers have at least one year of experience in a full-service restaurant and possess a valid and unexpired Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification. The position is open to applicants aged 18 and older, with compensation based on minimum wage plus gratuities.
