Servers at Twin City Grill are responsible for managing a section of 3-6 tables, performing all steps of service, and maintaining cleanliness by bussing tables. The role also involves processing payments accurately and ensuring compliance with all restaurant policies.

Candidates should expect to work various hours, including weekends and different shifts, to meet restaurant needs. Physical demands include safely moving food and beverages, using restaurant tools and equipment, and the ability to stand or walk throughout the shift. The fast-paced work environment requires calmness under pressure and effective communication skills to meet job demands.
