In this role, team members are entrusted with a range of duties centered around ensuring a smooth, clean, and guest-focused dining experience. The responsibilities include rolling clean silverware for service, removing dirty utensils and plates promptly, cleaning and resetting tables efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness in service areas throughout the shift. Interaction with guests from arrival to departure is a key element, helping to elevate their dining experience by anticipating needs and addressing any issues constructively. The position requires adherence to health and safety regulations to maintain a hygienic and compliant environment in both kitchen and dining areas. Team members will also assist in food running and closely collaborate with managers and teammates to ensure guest satisfaction. Job Requirements
- Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English
- legal age in the state to serve alcohol
- authorized to work in the United States
- excellent customer service and people skills
- in-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
- strong attention to detail

- excellent verbal communication
- able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
- able to move items up to 50 lbs for distances of up to 25 feet
- able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift
- able to hear, understand and respond to employees' and guests' requests in a loud environment
- able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift

Job Duties
- Roll clean silverware for service
- remove dirty utensils, plates, drinks from table
- clean and reset tables after guests leave
- sweep service area, take out trash, and fulfill any cleaning tasks necessary
- able to assist guests from beginning to end of dining experience
- able to escalate guest issues to management and resolve problems in a constructive way
