Job Requirements
- Active Food Handler’s Card
- Prior experience in fine dining or luxury service environments preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts based on event schedules
- Professional appearance and adherence to dress code
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage guests with a polished and positive demeanor
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Active Food Handler’s Card
- Experience in fine dining, luxury hotels, private clubs, or VIP environments preferred
- Strong understanding of formal service etiquette
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Ability to perform under pressure in high-expectation settings
Job Duties
- Deliver elevated, professional service at fine dining and VIP events
- Execute formal service techniques including plated and tray service and replenish buffet food as needed
- Keep serving areas spotless and handle bussing duties including clearing trays, plates, and cutlery
- Provide positive, high-touch customer interactions and anticipate guest needs
- Serve food when applicable and collaborate with bartenders and captains to ensure flawless execution
- Assist with event setup and breakdown to maintain an organized service environment
