Job Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Previous host or host experience preferred but not mandatory

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using Aloha POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards and food safety protocols
- Upsell menu items by highlighting specials, wine pairings, or desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Manage tables effectively by bussing, resetting, and assisting with food handling or minor kitchen tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
