Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
  • Previous host or host experience preferred but not mandatory

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
  • Take accurate orders using Aloha POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards and food safety protocols
  • Upsell menu items by highlighting specials, wine pairings, or desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
  • Manage tables effectively by bussing, resetting, and assisting with food handling or minor kitchen tasks as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
