Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with residents and team members
- Commitment to providing compassionate and respectful service
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry out physical duties for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Provide attentive and compassionate table service to residents during meals
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality
- Assist residents with menu selections and accommodate special dietary needs
- Demonstrate empathy and nurturing attitudes towards residents
