Job Description

Red Robin is not just your typical burger restaurant; it is a vibrant dining establishment with a rich history dating back to its first location opening in Seattle in 1969. Known for its iconic gourmet burgers and a welcoming atmosphere, Red Robin brings together a team filled with unbridled energy, magnetic personalities, and a contagious passion for creating fun and memorable experiences for its guests. The company fosters a dynamic culture based on core values that emphasize honor, integrity, a thirst for knowledge, and the joy of making everyday moments extraordinary. These values shape an "Unbridled" workplace culture where every team member and manager is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating an environment where everyone can thrive.

The Server / Waiter position at Red Robin offers both full-time and part-time opportunities designed for those who want to be part of a team that prioritizes guest satisfaction and enjoyable work experiences. This role is essential as servers are the primary face of the restaurant, responsible for engaging with guests, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring a smooth dining experience from start to finish. Although 1 year of serving experience is preferred, Red Robin welcomes enthusiastic applicants with little or no experience in the restaurant industry but who bring a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork. Being organized and detail-oriented is also key to success in this role, alongside meeting the minimum age requirement and possessing a valid TAPS card.

Working as a server at Red Robin means more than just taking orders; it is about creating connections with guests and fellow team members. The role offers valuable advancement opportunities for those looking to grow within the company, as well as flexible scheduling to accommodate diverse lifestyles and other commitments. Employees also enjoy benefits such as meal discounts and comprehensive participation in the company’s 401(k) plan. This is a tipped position where compensation reflects the base wage plus tip earnings, making it a rewarding option for individuals who excel at providing outstanding customer service. New team members will find an inclusive environment, as the job is open to applicants without a high school diploma or college degree and is suited for individuals entering the workforce or those returning after a break, providing a solid foundation for career development in hospitality.
