Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol as per state regulations
  • Strong organizational and active listening skills

  • Obtain all local, state, and federal certifications required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly and energetic customer service to guests
  • Develop a strong understanding of the menu to suggest and upsell items
  • Record guest orders and enter them into the Point-of-Sale system
  • Handle money transactions accurately and close checks
  • Serve multiple tables simultaneously as assigned
  • Refill drinks and deliver food promptly
  • Check guests' identification and serve alcoholic beverages per regulations
  • Perform opening and closing side duties such as setting up and cleaning
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
