Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol as per state regulations
- Strong organizational and active listening skills
- Adherence to Logans Roadhouse appearance standards
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Teamwork driven
- Obtain all local, state, and federal certifications required
- Passion for service and hospitality
- Exceptional time management skills
- Successful completion of company-required training including safety and menu knowledge
- Ability to operate Point-of-Sale system and handle cash accurately
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide friendly and energetic customer service to guests
- Develop a strong understanding of the menu to suggest and upsell items
- Record guest orders and enter them into the Point-of-Sale system
- Handle money transactions accurately and close checks
- Serve multiple tables simultaneously as assigned
- Refill drinks and deliver food promptly
- Check guests' identification and serve alcoholic beverages per regulations
- Perform opening and closing side duties such as setting up and cleaning
- Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
