- Able to pass Responsible Service of Alcohol Test with a score of 90% or better
- Able to serve three to four tables as determined by management
- Ability to sell alcohol and food items
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Pass Responsible Service of Alcohol Test with a score of 90% or better
- Serve three to four tables as determined by management
- Have complete knowledge of The Friendly Toast's food and beverage preparation
- Ability to sell alcohol and food items
- Use a computer to ring orders on a check
- Interact with guests in a friendly and fast manner
- Accept different types of payment and make change
- Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
- Clear and reset tables
- Monitor guest's behavior when consuming alcoholic beverages, offer a taxi if necessary, and ask managers to intervene if needed
- Treat all guests to ensure their complete satisfaction and strive to exceed their expectations
- Report to work in a neat and clean uniform with well-groomed hair and personal hygiene
