Able to pass Responsible Service of Alcohol Test with a score of 90% or better
Able to serve three to four tables as determined by management
Ability to sell alcohol and food items
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Pass Responsible Service of Alcohol Test with a score of 90% or better
Serve three to four tables as determined by management
Have complete knowledge of The Friendly Toast's food and beverage preparation
Ability to sell alcohol and food items
Use a computer to ring orders on a check
Interact with guests in a friendly and fast manner
Accept different types of payment and make change
Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
Clear and reset tables
Monitor guest's behavior when consuming alcoholic beverages, offer a taxi if necessary, and ask managers to intervene if needed
Treat all guests to ensure their complete satisfaction and strive to exceed their expectations
Report to work in a neat and clean uniform with well-groomed hair and personal hygiene
