Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certification
- must be at least 18 years of age
- food handler's and state alcohol certification
- previous experience preferred
- availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
- ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for prolonged periods
- ability to lift 50 pounds at times

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome all guests as they enter the venue
- possess a comprehensive understanding of the entire food and beverage menu to make thoughtful menu suggestions and up sales
- place accurate and proper guest orders by using a POS station and\/or handheld POS device
- deliver food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely and efficient service
- monitor and ensure guest satisfaction with their order and service
- adhere to high food safety guidelines and standards
- communicate facility deficiencies within the venue to managers daily
