Servers are responsible for timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests at tables within their designated section of the dining room. In addition to taking orders and delivering food and drinks, servers are expected to execute the Steps of Service consistently, which includes submitting orders into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, refilling beverages, and checking on guests to ensure satisfaction. Handling payments and maintaining accurate cash management is also an integral part of the role. Beyond guest service, servers contribute to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation by bussing tables, sweeping floors, wiping menus, and completing closing tasks. The position demands teamwork and cooperation with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.

Job Duties
- Provide friendly and outgoing customer service to guests
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the menu to support suggestive selling and guest customization
- Accurately record guest orders and enter them into the Point-of-Sale system in a timely manner
- Execute money transactions, return correct change, and close checks efficiently
- Manage multiple tables simultaneously as assigned by management
- Refill drinks and deliver food promptly using tray service
- Verify guests' identification and adhere to legal regulations when serving alcoholic beverages
- Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform opening and closing side duties such as setting up soda machines, rolling silverware, and preparing ice buckets
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing dishes, sweeping floors, wiping menus, and completing closing tasks
- Assist other front-of-house and back-of-house team members as needed
