High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol according to local regulations

Job Duties

Provide friendly and outgoing customer service to guests
Develop in-depth knowledge of the menu to support suggestive selling and guest customization
Accurately record guest orders and enter them into the Point-of-Sale system in a timely manner
Execute money transactions, return correct change, and close checks efficiently
Manage multiple tables simultaneously as assigned by management
Refill drinks and deliver food promptly using tray service
Verify guests' identification and adhere to legal regulations when serving alcoholic beverages
Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
Perform opening and closing side duties such as setting up soda machines, rolling silverware, and preparing ice buckets
Maintain cleanliness by bussing dishes, sweeping floors, wiping menus, and completing closing tasks
Assist other front-of-house and back-of-house team members as needed
