Job Duties

  • Provide friendly and outgoing customer service to guests
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the menu to support suggestive selling and guest customization
  • Accurately record guest orders and enter them into the Point-of-Sale system in a timely manner
  • Execute money transactions, return correct change, and close checks efficiently
  • Manage multiple tables simultaneously as assigned by management
  • Refill drinks and deliver food promptly using tray service
  • Verify guests' identification and adhere to legal regulations when serving alcoholic beverages
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Perform opening and closing side duties such as setting up soda machines, rolling silverware, and preparing ice buckets
  • Maintain cleanliness by bussing dishes, sweeping floors, wiping menus, and completing closing tasks
  • Assist other front-of-house and back-of-house team members as needed
