Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One plus year of food service experience preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Must meet state requirements for serving alcohol

Job Qualifications

  • One plus year of food service experience preferred
  • Understanding of both casual and upscale dining service standards
  • Must meet state requirements for serving alcohol
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable punctual and team-oriented
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Job Duties

  • Provide prompt friendly and efficient service to all members and guests
  • Maintain full knowledge of all food and beverage menus including daily features
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the point-of-sale system
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with all sanitation safety and alcohol service standards including verifying legal drinking age and monitoring guest consumption
  • Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and anticipate needs
  • Suggest and upsell menu items such as desserts coffee and specialty beverages
