Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
One plus year of food service experience preferred
Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol
Ability to stand for extended periods
Excellent communication skills
Reliable transportation to work
Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
Must meet state requirements for serving alcohol

Job Duties

Provide prompt friendly and efficient service to all members and guests
Maintain full knowledge of all food and beverage menus including daily features
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the point-of-sale system
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
Ensure compliance with all sanitation safety and alcohol service standards including verifying legal drinking age and monitoring guest consumption
Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and anticipate needs
Suggest and upsell menu items such as desserts coffee and specialty beverages
