We are currently seeking a skilled part-time Server to join the team at David’s Grill, our popular dining venue within the resort. This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy delivering polished, attentive service to a diverse group of members, golfers, and local guests. As a server at David’s Grill, you will play a critical role in creating memorable dining experiences by providing exceptional service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing positively to the welcoming ambiance of our resort restaurant.
The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $12 plus tips, flexible scheduling to accommodate various personal and professional commitments, and a host of employee perks such as free golf privileges and attractive employee discounts throughout the resort. In addition to serving food and beverages, servers at David’s Grill are expected to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of menu items, including daily specials, and provide guests with helpful recommendations aimed at enhancing their dining experience. The role also involves compliance with all sanitation standards, safety regulations, and responsible alcohol service practices, which include verifying guest age and monitoring consumption to ensure safety and legality. Servers will also be tasked with cash and credit card transaction processing, maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstations, and addressing any guest concerns promptly and courteously.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One plus year of food service experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable transportation to work
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Must meet state requirements for serving alcohol

Job Duties
- Provide prompt friendly and efficient service to all members and guests
- Maintain full knowledge of all food and beverage menus including daily features
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the point-of-sale system
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all sanitation safety and alcohol service standards including verifying legal drinking age and monitoring guest consumption
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and anticipate needs
- Suggest and upsell menu items such as desserts coffee and specialty beverages
