Job Requirements

Ability to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to stand for extended periods
Willingness to learn and adapt to company standards
Maintain a neat and professional appearance
Good physical stamina to handle the demands of a restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is beneficial

Job Duties

Greet guests immediately and guide them through menus while demonstrating genuine hospitality
Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and encourages repeat visits
Accurately record food orders ensuring each guest receives their meal to exact specifications
Ensure all food and beverages are served promptly, garnished correctly, and meet the Ruth’s Chris standard of excellence
Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by prioritizing the guest experience
Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Stay calm under pressure and exhibit problem-solving skills
