Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours
- ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or restaurant environment preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to maintain attention to detail while multi-tasking
Job Duties
- Welcome and greet guests with a smile when seated
- suggest beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- timely pick up and deliver food orders
- ensure guest satisfaction by offering drink refills and removing unused items
- present and settle the bill promptly, thank guests and invite them to return
- adhere to all food safety regulations
