Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Basic food safety knowledge preferred
- Availability to work daytime shifts without night work
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to provide outstanding customer service at all times
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable attitude
- Willingness to learn and apply First Watch’s Five Steps of Service
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional experience for customers by following the Five Steps of Service
- Support fellow team members and promote teamwork
- Treat customers and team members with kindness and respect
- Serve safe high-quality food in a fast-paced environment
- Become expert in the menu and answer customer questions
- Juggle multiple tableside responsibilities effectively
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout shifts
