Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- The desire and ability to be pleasant upbeat and sociable throughout the workday
- Work varying days nights holidays and weekends
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs on a regular and continuing basis
- Perform functions which require organization bending reaching turning lifting climbing and stocking up to 50lbs
- Ability to communicate quickly and accurately
- Ability to understand follow and maintain safety standards at all times
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior guest service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work varying days nights holidays and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be pleasant upbeat and sociable throughout the workday
Job Duties
- Greet guests and take orders within Andretti guidelines always exceeding guest expectations
- Deliver a fun efficient and exciting dining experience from start to finish
- Maintain an organized work area and pro-actively clean and reset tables
- Deliver food and beverage in a professional manner according to Andretti standards
- Collect payment for all items purchased and consumed and operate the point of sale system with ease
- Follow proper safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance to local health regulations
- Accurately process payments and practice professional cash handling skills
