Job Requirements
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years old for beverage service certification states
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must possess effective communication skills
- Must follow all company policies and procedures
- Must obtain state-mandated beverage service certification where applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server role is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safe food handling practices and allergen awareness
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- State-mandated beverage service certification if applicable
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service by greeting and attending to customers promptly
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and make recommendations with enthusiasm
- Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately
- Follow safe food handling procedures and be aware of food allergens
- Uphold company policies and cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Maintain required state-mandated beverage service certification where applicable
