Job Requirements

  • Must have a legal right to work in the United States
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must be at least 18 years old for beverage service certification states
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must possess effective communication skills
  • Must follow all company policies and procedures
  • Must obtain state-mandated beverage service certification where applicable

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server role is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of safe food handling practices and allergen awareness
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
  • State-mandated beverage service certification if applicable

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service by greeting and attending to customers promptly
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items and make recommendations with enthusiasm
  • Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately
  • Follow safe food handling procedures and be aware of food allergens
  • Uphold company policies and cash handling protocols
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Maintain required state-mandated beverage service certification where applicable
