Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a server/waiter/waitress in the fast-casual restaurant industry
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency in POS systems
  • Current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
  • Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to withstand the physical demands of the restaurant environment

Job Qualifications
