Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a server/waiter/waitress in the fast-casual restaurant industry
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED required
Proficiency in POS systems
Current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
Strong communication skills
Able to withstand the physical demands of the restaurant environment

Job Qualifications
