Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a server role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food menus and beverage products including craft beer, wine, and liquor
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of cash handling procedures
  • Familiarity with liquor laws and responsible alcohol service

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and explain the restaurant concept and menu offerings including craft beers, liquors, and wines
  • Take beverage and food orders promptly using handheld devices
  • Maintain constant presence and attentive eye contact with guests in your section
  • Run food and drinks from kitchen and bar to guests
  • Reset and maintain tables and restock side stations efficiently
  • Present checks thoughtfully while ensuring guests do not feel rushed
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and take responsibility for discrepancies
  • Collaborate effectively with Bussers, Bartenders, and Management to ensure smooth service
  • Complete opening and closing duties with team cooperation
  • Adhere to liquor laws and responsibly serve alcoholic beverages
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
  • Show appreciation to guests and encourage repeat business
