Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in a server role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food menus and beverage products including craft beer, wine, and liquor
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Understanding of cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and explain the restaurant concept and menu offerings including craft beers, liquors, and wines
- Take beverage and food orders promptly using handheld devices
- Maintain constant presence and attentive eye contact with guests in your section
- Run food and drinks from kitchen and bar to guests
- Reset and maintain tables and restock side stations efficiently
- Present checks thoughtfully while ensuring guests do not feel rushed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and take responsibility for discrepancies
- Collaborate effectively with Bussers, Bartenders, and Management to ensure smooth service
- Complete opening and closing duties with team cooperation
- Adhere to liquor laws and responsibly serve alcoholic beverages
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Show appreciation to guests and encourage repeat business
