- Previous work experience as a server
- Must be able to responsibly handle cash, credit, and debit transactions
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
- Availability to work different hours including weekends, days and nights

- Ability to provide personalized guest service
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Availability to work different hours including weekends, days, and nights
Job Duties
- Present menus, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverages
- Take food orders and enter them into the POS system
- Provide personalized service for every guest
- Must know all food, liquor, beer, and wine offered
- Complete the daily and weekly cleaning duties
- Assist in keeping the restaurant spotlessly clean safe, and sanitary
- Must follow all credit/debit/cash handling policies and procedures
