Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and/or walk throughout entire shift and work in a restaurant environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Regularly required to stand and walk, talk or hear in person and by telephone
  • Use hands repetitively to finger, handle, feel or operate restaurant equipment
  • Follow all company policies including dress/style/grooming guidelines
  • Attend company meetings and training seminars as required
  • Perform side work at start, throughout, and end of each shift
  • Maintain a friendly and cooperative attitude at work

Job Qualifications

  • 6 mos. to 2 years related experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Alcohol certification required
  • Food handler's certificate as required
  • Ability to see, hear, read, and write in English
  • Basic math and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal directions
  • Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests, employees, and managers
  • Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to manage own workflow and resolve questions with supervisor

Job Duties

  • Know and follow posted schedule and strict adherence to posted clock in/out times
  • Adhere to company uniform and grooming policies
  • Provide timely and courteous service to guests
  • Have thorough knowledge of menu items, wines, beers, and cocktails
  • Adhere to company, state, and county sanitation standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Maintain friendly, helpful, positive attitude
