Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol as required by state regulations
Strong organization and active listening skills

Job Duties

Provide friendly and outgoing customer service to guests
Develop a strong understanding of the menu for customized service and suggestive selling
Record guest orders and enter them into the Point-of-Sale system promptly
Process money transactions accurately, including returning change and closing checks
Serve multiple tables of guests simultaneously as assigned by management
Refill drinks and deliver food promptly using tray service
Check guests' identification and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and local regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
Memorize the menu and recommend appetizers, meals, and drinks
Perform opening and closing side duties such as rolling silverware and setting up soda machines
Assist with various tasks including prepping desserts, restocking, checking restrooms, emptying bus tubs, refilling ice, and supporting front and back-of-house team members
Follow health and safety standards while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area
Use the online Learning Management System for ongoing training and development
Comply with company appearance standards and operational procedures
