The Server role at Wood Ranch is an integral position that upholds the restaurant's high standards of service and guest satisfaction. This role involves greeting guests warmly, attentively anticipating and fulfilling their expressed and unexpressed needs, and maintaining the overall dining experience at exceptional levels. Servers are expected to interact professionally and amicably with guests, communicate clearly with management and team members, and participate actively in maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout their shift. The position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while upholding quality service standards. Servers also perform various side work tasks, such as stocking stations and pre-bussing tables, to contribute to the smooth flow of restaurant operations.

Additionally, candidates are required to have at least one year of server experience in a full-service restaurant and be at least 18 years old. They must also possess a valid unexpired Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification to handle alcohol service safely and in accordance with local and federal laws. The role demands physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays of food and drink, and lift up to 30 pounds.
