Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- must be at least 18 years old
- strong customer service orientation

- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or service environment preferred
- valid state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable

Job Duties
- Practice safe food handling procedures and have an awareness of food allergens including proper steps to take
- follow company policies and procedures
- maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
- operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
- uphold cash handling procedures
- ensure state-mandated beverage service certification is current and valid
- provide attentive and friendly service to ensure a memorable dining experience
