Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
  • ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or service environment preferred
  • valid state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • passion for food and hospitality
  • attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Practice safe food handling procedures and have an awareness of food allergens including proper steps to take
  • follow company policies and procedures
  • maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
  • operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
  • uphold cash handling procedures
  • ensure state-mandated beverage service certification is current and valid
  • provide attentive and friendly service to ensure a memorable dining experience
