Job Duties

  • Apply CHEERS at every table including cheerful prompt greet, hospitality first, engage guests, ease their needs, ready for 'em, swipe that card - say goodbye
  • Guide guests through the menu by explaining how it is laid out and highlighting signature items and drinks
  • Make thoughtful recommendations and upsell naturally based on guest preferences
  • Identify first-time guests and regulars and adjust service accordingly
  • Communicate guest insights to teammates including celebrations, preferences, timing needs
  • Maintain cleanliness, pre-bussing standards, and sanitation throughout the shift
  • Complete opening and closing duties accurately and on time
