- must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol

- proficiency with Point-of-Sale system and cash handling

Job Duties
- Provide friendly and outgoing customer service to guests
- develop a strong understanding of the menu to suggest and customize orders
- record guest orders accurately using the Point-of-Sale system
- perform money transactions, return correct change, and close checks
- serve multiple tables simultaneously as assigned
- refill drinks and deliver food promptly via tray service
- check guest identification and adhere to alcohol service regulations
- collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- memorize and recommend appetizers, meals, and drinks
- complete opening and closing side duties such as setting up soda machines and rolling silverware
- assist with restocking, cleaning, and other assigned tasks by management
