The Server position at Logans Roadhouse plays a critical role in the front-of-house operations, responsible for providing timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests within a designated station in the dining room. Servers serve as the face of the restaurant, tasked with creating a positive and engaging atmosphere through strong, friendly communication and knowledgeable interaction about menu items. This role requires a personable approach, as servers are expected to engage with guests through upselling and suggestive selling techniques, explain dishes including ingredients and preparation styles, and address any special requests or dietary concerns attentively. Servers are responsible for following a structured steps-of-service process, which includes taking and submitting orders accurately, delivering food promptly, refilling drinks proactively, and overseeing the satisfaction of multiple tables simultaneously. Additionally, servers manage financial transactions using a Point-of-Sale system, ensuring bills are accurately processed and change is made correctly. Beyond direct guest service, servers contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant by bussing tables, sweeping floors, wiping menus, and completing end-of-shift closing tasks. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol
- strong organizational and active listening skills

Job Duties
- Provide friendly and outgoing customer service to guests

- perform money transactions, return correct change, and close checks
- serve multiple tables simultaneously as assigned
- refill drinks and deliver food promptly via tray service
- check guest identification and adhere to alcohol service regulations
- collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- memorize and recommend appetizers, meals, and drinks
- complete opening and closing side duties such as setting up soda machines and rolling silverware
- assist with restocking, cleaning, and other assigned tasks by management
