Job Requirements

  • proficiency with Point-of-Sale system and cash handling

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly and outgoing customer service to guests
  • develop a strong understanding of the menu to suggest and customize orders
  • record guest orders accurately using the Point-of-Sale system
  • perform money transactions, return correct change, and close checks
  • serve multiple tables simultaneously as assigned
  • refill drinks and deliver food promptly via tray service
  • check guest identification and adhere to alcohol service regulations
  • collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
  • memorize and recommend appetizers, meals, and drinks
  • complete opening and closing side duties such as setting up soda machines and rolling silverware
  • assist with restocking, cleaning, and other assigned tasks by management
