The Server role at Snooze is an integral part of delivering this unique dining experience. Servers at Snooze will know the menu inside and out, including every ingredient and product, which allows them to confidently educate guests on what makes Snooze's dishes the best in the business. Key responsibilities include greeting and seating guests warmly, building personal connections with customers to enhance their overall experience, and assisting the team by delivering food and beverages, bussing tables, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment.

Snooze emphasizes teamwork and safety, ensuring every team member contributes to a positive atmosphere while adhering to rigorous standards for sanitation and operational safety. Employees can expect to work standing for extended periods and engage in physical activities such as lifting up to 20 pounds safely. Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Able to communicate and understand the predominant languages of our guests
  • Able to work standing for 10 plus hours
  • Able to safely lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds
  • Obtain all county-required food and alcohol serving certifications prior to employment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service roles highly advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work standing for long periods of time
  • Ability to safely lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
  • Required to have all county food handler and alcohol serving certifications prior to employment
