  • Basic mathematical skills with the ability to make change
  • Reading and writing proficiency
  • Computer skills for order processing
  • Knowledge of workplace safety procedures
  • State health and alcohol compliance cards (if applicable)
  • Ability to suggestively sell food and beverage items
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Multi-tasking and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Pass the Responsible Service of Alcohol Test
  • Serve a set number of tables as determined by management
  • Possess complete knowledge of RSR Restaurant's food and beverage preparation
  • Sell alcohol and food items professionally
  • Use a computer for order processing
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Maintain specific side-work and ensure the cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
  • Clear and reset tables
  • Check guest identification for legal age to consume alcoholic beverages
  • Observe guest behavior, count drinks served, and offer a taxi to guests who should not drive
  • Ensure guest satisfaction, striving to exceed expectations
  • Report to work in a neat and clean uniform with well-groomed hair and personal hygiene
  • Other duties as directed
