Job Duties

  • Provide friendly and high-energy customer service to guests
  • Develop a strong understanding of the menu to offer customized service and suggestive selling
  • Record guest orders and enter them accurately into the Point-of-Sale system
  • Perform money transactions, return accurate change, and close checks
  • Serve multiple tables of guests simultaneously as assigned by management
  • Refill drinks and deliver food promptly
  • Check guests' identification and serve alcoholic drinks following regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Memorize menu offerings and recommend appetizers, meals, and drinks
  • Perform opening and closing side duties as assigned
  • Assist with additional tasks such as prepping desserts, restocking, checking restrooms, and general cleaning
