Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol as per state regulations
Strong organizational skills
Active listening abilities

Obtain all necessary local, state, and federal certifications
Passion for service and hospitality
Exceptional time management skills
Successful completion of hourly position validations including safety, systems, and menu training
Ability to operate Point-of-Sale system and make correct change

Job Qualifications

Ability to operate Point-of-Sale system accurately
Knowledge of food and beverage menus
Ability to memorize menu items and recommend dishes

Job Duties

Provide friendly and high-energy customer service to guests
Develop a strong understanding of the menu to offer customized service and suggestive selling
Record guest orders and enter them accurately into the Point-of-Sale system
Perform money transactions, return accurate change, and close checks
Serve multiple tables of guests simultaneously as assigned by management
Refill drinks and deliver food promptly
Check guests' identification and serve alcoholic drinks following regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
Memorize menu offerings and recommend appetizers, meals, and drinks
Perform opening and closing side duties as assigned
Assist with additional tasks such as prepping desserts, restocking, checking restrooms, and general cleaning
