Job Requirements

- Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol as per state regulations

- Successful completion of hourly position validations including safety, systems, and menu training
- Ability to operate Point-of-Sale system and make correct change
Job Qualifications

- Ability to memorize menu items and recommend dishes

Job Duties
- Provide friendly and high-energy customer service to guests
- Develop a strong understanding of the menu to offer customized service and suggestive selling
- Record guest orders and enter them accurately into the Point-of-Sale system
- Perform money transactions, return accurate change, and close checks
- Serve multiple tables of guests simultaneously as assigned by management
- Refill drinks and deliver food promptly
- Check guests' identification and serve alcoholic drinks following regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Memorize menu offerings and recommend appetizers, meals, and drinks
- Perform opening and closing side duties as assigned
- Assist with additional tasks such as prepping desserts, restocking, checking restrooms, and general cleaning
