Job Requirements
- Must have active Food Handler's Card
- Previous experience in fine dining or luxury service roles preferred
- Ability to work flexible event-based shifts
- Must adhere to mandatory interview dress code with professional all-black attire
- Must maintain polished grooming including secured hair and no artificial nails
- All facial piercings must be removed prior to interview
Job Qualifications
- Active Food Handler's Card
- Experience in fine dining, luxury hotels, private clubs, or VIP environments preferred
- Strong understanding of formal service etiquette
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Ability to perform under pressure in high-expectation settings
Job Duties
- Deliver elevated, professional service at fine dining and VIP events
- Execute formal service techniques including plated and tray service
- Replenish buffet food as needed to maintain high standards
- Keep serving areas spotless and handle bussing duties including clearing trays, plates, and cutlery
- Provide positive, high-touch customer interactions and anticipate guest needs
- Serve food and collaborate with bartenders and captains to ensure flawless execution
- Assist with event setup and breakdown to maintain an organized service environment
