Salty's is committed to fostering a supportive work environment, offering benefits that reflect its regard for employee well-being, including health and dental coverage for eligible employees, 401k plans, supplemental benefits like Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Dependent Care Accounts (DCA), Commuter Reimbursement Accounts (CRA), paid sick leave, and more. The restaurant also provides valuable perks such as free parking—a notable advantage in Seattle—discounted shift meals, and the opportunity to work in an inspiring waterfront location with stunning city views. Salty's also emphasizes teamwork and strong leadership to ensure both guests and staff enjoy a positive, rewarding experience.

Overall, the Server role at Salty's on Alki is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to be part of a longstanding regional institution dedicated to excellence in dining and hospitality. With open interviews held every Monday at 3 PM onsite, Salty's invites enthusiastic and dedicated hospitality professionals to join their team for the upcoming Spring and Summer seasons, promising a dynamic workplace with great tips, professional growth opportunities, and a remarkable work environment on the water with some of the best city views in Seattle.
