The server’s responsibilities include maintaining safe food handling practices and awareness of food allergens, complying with company policies and procedures, and quickly and accurately operating the point-of-sale system. Additionally, servers must uphold cash handling practices while ensuring guests receive attentive and personalized service. A state-mandated beverage service certificate is required in applicable states, evidencing the ability to serve alcoholic beverages responsibly.
