Job Requirements

must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol
flexible to work a variety of shifts
alcohol certification and Serve Safe training a plus
availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience as a server preferred but not required
knowledge of craft beer and food pairings a plus
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
positive attitude and strong work ethic
team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

deliver genuine hospitality and an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests through the menu
demonstrate thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
provide timely, attentive, fun and friendly service to ensure guests feel valued
create positive first impressions that build guest loyalty
work as a team player with a can-do attitude to deliver 100% guest satisfaction
manage multiple tables maintaining excellent service standards
adhere to all health and safety regulations
