The role of server or waiter at Old Chicago is crucial to maintaining this inviting and dynamic environment. Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol
  • flexible to work a variety of shifts
  • alcohol certification and Serve Safe training a plus
  • availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience as a server preferred but not required
