Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to transport plates, glasses, and baskets multiple times per shift
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
- Ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies
- Commitment to health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or restaurant experience beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs during their dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the dining area
- Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- Communicate effectively with team members and kitchen staff
- Follow health and safety protocols including wearing protective equipment and sanitizing hands
