Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others
  • Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to transport plates, glasses, and baskets multiple times per shift
  • Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
  • Ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies
  • Commitment to health and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service or restaurant experience beneficial
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs during their dining experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the dining area
  • Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
  • Communicate effectively with team members and kitchen staff
  • Follow health and safety protocols including wearing protective equipment and sanitizing hands
