Job Duties
- greet guests promptly and courteously
- present menus, explain menu items, and answer guest questions
- take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
- thank guests and invite them to return
- ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately
- coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure proper timing and order flow
- monitor table needs, including refills, condiments, and additional requests
- process guest payments accurately and securely
- maintain clean and organized tables, dining areas, and service stations
- complete assigned side work duties such as restocking supplies, cleaning, and setup
- follow cash handling and payment processing procedures
- adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service standards
- perform cleaning tasks including clearing and sanitizing tables, sweeping and mopping floors, restocking service areas, removing trash, cleaning restrooms as assigned
- work collaboratively with other servers, hosts, cooks, and management
- support team members during busy periods
- maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- follow direction from managers and shift leaders
