Job Requirements
- Must be able to exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- must safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
- must be able to transport plates, glasses, and baskets about 30 times per shift
- must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively
- ability to wear protective hand coverings throughout the shift
- ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- ability to wear protective face coverings or masks
- ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- must be at least 18 years old
- effective communication skills
- commitment to guest satisfaction
- availability for flexible work schedules
Job Qualifications

- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- prior experience in customer service preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Serve as the first and last impression to guests
- make friendly recommendations and anticipate guest needs
- communicate effectively with team members and guests
- transport plates, glasses, and baskets safely throughout the restaurant
- maintain cleanliness and comply with health and safety standards
- wear protective coverings and use disinfectant supplies as required
- manage guest orders efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
