Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure guests' needs and preferences are met, including special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with kitchen and fellow staff to ensure smooth service flow
