Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior serving experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards
- Must be 21 years or older to participate in the 401(k) plan
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant server role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional dining experiences by guiding guests through menus and making food and beverage recommendations
- Take accurate orders and ensure timely and friendly service
- Maintain high standards of health and safety by adhering to sanitation and safety protocols
- Build guest loyalty by providing attentive and personalized service
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
- Manage guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the dining environment
