- Familiar with taking orders, serving food, clean-up, routine side work, special event setup/service, and food preparation assistance
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to stand and be on feet for long periods
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy trays

Job Duties
- Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service protocol
- Consistently hold a friendly, relaxing, and courteousness demeanor that makes guests feel comfortable to ensure satisfaction
- Transmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording guests' choices and gives knowledgeable recommendations as necessary
- Keep the kitchen staff informed on times, updates, or any changes that need to be made to guests orders
- Serve orders by picking up and delivering guests' choices from the kitchen/bar and deliver accompaniments and condiments as needed
- Issue bills and collects payment
- including room charges, credit card payments, or cash payments with the correct change returned
- Assist other servers as needed
