The Server position at Holiday Inn Resort Wrightsville Beach is an exciting role best suited for motivated, professional individuals passionate about hospitality. This position involves engaging with diverse guests, ensuring orders are accurately taken and transmitted to the kitchen and bar, delivering food and beverages timely, and maintaining a courteous and friendly demeanor throughout service. This role requires a flexible individual comfortable working evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties

  • Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service protocol
  • Consistently hold a friendly, relaxing, and courteousness demeanor that makes guests feel comfortable to ensure satisfaction
  • Transmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording guests' choices and gives knowledgeable recommendations as necessary
  • Keep the kitchen staff informed on times, updates, or any changes that need to be made to guests orders
  • Serve orders by picking up and delivering guests' choices from the kitchen/bar and deliver accompaniments and condiments as needed
  • Issue bills and collects payment
  • including room charges, credit card payments, or cash payments with the correct change returned
  • Assist other servers as needed
